Examination work on NETCPT launched |

In recent days, in order to further strengthen the system and standardization management of National Exhibition and Transaction Center of Patent Technology (NETCPT) and promote the construction of the center, according to related requirements of examination of State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO), SIPO determined to carry out the examination work among NETCPT in the whole country and strengthen the dynamic examination and management on NETCPT. The examination would include submitting material evaluation, on-site evaluation of reply and self-evaluation of the Center and publicizing the results. The centers reach the standard in the examination will keep the title of "NETCPT" and be awarded with the tablets marked with new availability to replace the original tablets. The centers which do not reach the standard will be administrated by local IP Offices and will be given two years' period for rectification. |
