Guangdong: Dongguan promulgates "the Outline of IP Strategy" |

In order to boost the adjustment of industrial structure and industrial upgrading, and enhance the core competitiveness, Dongguan recently released "the Outline of IP Strategy (2010-2015)" (hereinafter referred to as "Outline"), which puts forward to develop the strong city with IPR in six years. Days ago, Dongguan convened the IP work meeting to completely deploy the implementation of IP strategy. Deputy Secretary of Dongguan Municipal Party's Committee and Mayor Li Yuquan and other related leaders attended the meeting and delivered important speeches. Li Yuquan expressed that they must fully realize the significant meanings of IP work to the economic and social development of Dongguan from a global and strategic perspective. He stressed that Dongguan should take the implementation of national, provincial and municipal IP strategy outline as guide, and take encouraging creation, effective application, legal protection and scientific management as the means to boost the development of IP business, and strengthen organizational leadership, reinforce the functions of departments, create social environment and form the composition of forces on IP work. |
