Zhejiang: Ningbo becomes trademark model city |

It is learnt from Ningbo Municipal Administration for Commerce and Industry on May 25 that, approved by State Administration for Commerce and Industry (SAIC), Ningbo has become one of the first batch of model cities for the implementation of national trademark. It is learnt that, 53 cities were defined as the first batch of model cities; Zhejiang Province has Hangzhou and Shaoxing besides Ningbo. In recent years, Ningbo actively promotes the construction of trademark and brand, as of the end of last year, the city had a total of 52,495 registered trademarks including 20 well-known trademarks with administrative cognizance, 331 pieces of Zhejiang Provincial Well-known Trademarks. 783 pieces of Ningbo Municipal Well-known Trademarks, and was authorized with the title of "Brand City"，and became the national IPR and innovation-oriented pilot city. |
