Jiangsu kicks off legal software campaign in enterprises |

On May 31, 2010, Jiangsu work leading group office for legal software use held the startup ceremony for the legal software campaign in enterprises and offered trainings for some key enterprises in Nanjing to help them increase the awareness of operating legally and with good faith and also the using efficiency of the software assets. The activity gained full affirmation from enterprises. Over 60 enterprises from Nanjing, state-owned, private, joint-ventured and listed, were present at the activity. The campaign is an education and training activity combined with administrative law enforcement that jointly carries out by Jiangsu Provincial Copyright Bureau and related departments and organs. After the startup ceremony, trainings for legal software use will be organized in succession in Suzhou, Wuxi and other places for key enterprises. There will also be self-investigation and competition on the management of software assets and the compliance of software. Excellent enterprises will be awarded and the one refusing to use legal software will face investigation and punishments. Over the years, Jiangsu work leading group office for legal software use adopted the combination of education and investigation, earnestly carried out the direction work, increased efforts on the supervision on use of legal software in enterprises, and punished and publicized some enterprises with serious problems, achieving great effects. |
