Anhui: Anqing carries out special campaign against IP infringement |

Days ago, Anqing Municipal Intellectual Property Office and Administration for Industry and Commerce carried out special action on IP law enforcement to further standardize the market economic order, strictly combat and restrict IP infringements and criminal acts, and enhance the whole society's awareness on IP protection. During the inspection, the law enforcers of the two departments respectively registered the commodities and medicines with patent number and symbol. Over 10 commercial enterprises and more than 2,000 pieces various commodities were inspected. Anqing Municipal Intellectual Property Office will make further investigations on the behaviors suspected of violation of patent laws and regulations. The law enforcers also issued related publicity materials to the workers and customers to publicize the laws and regulations on the labeling methods of patent symbol and patent number, and required the businesses to construct the registration system for the inventory of patent products. All the inspected units actively coordinated with the inspection and expressed to strengthen the headstream management of patent products. |
