Henan: Linzhou promulgates plan on IP action for industrial enterprises |

Days ago, Linzhou Municipal People's Government promulgated the "Plan on the Special IP Action for the Industrial Enterprises" (hereinafter referred to as "Plan"). The plan requires to make 80% of the participating enterprises break "zero" patent in the end of this year. The plan puts forward to guide the industrial enterprises to construct and consummate IP system and make the organ, system, capital and personnel be in place; carry out IP popularization and research work on IP strategy; construct the rapid reaction system on IP protection, establish green channels for the settlement of patent case and smooth the channel for IP complaint and report to strengthen IP protection; and carry out the pilot work of the construction of public service platform for patent information. A total of 68 industrial enterprises participated in the action. In order to ensure the implementation of the plan, Linzhou established a leading group with the director of Zheng Zhonghua, Mayor of Linzhou, and the members of directors in related departments, and the Bureau for Science and Technology is responsible for the organization and coordination work for the special action. |
