IPR trial with Wuhan model attracts attentions |

On June 22, the seminar on "three trials for one" of intellectual property (IP) judicial protection was held in Wuhan. About one hundred judges from the courts in the whole country, IP related experts from universities and other representatives paid close attentions to the "Wuhan model" in IP protection. The "Wuhan model" is that the IP civil, criminal and administrative cases are unitedly heard by IPRs divisions in the grass roots courts and intermediate courts, which overcome the weaknesses of different understandings of professional issues of intellectual property and the standards are not uniform, promoted the linkage of trial proceedings and enhancement of trial efficiency, and achieved the science, justice and unity of IP judicial protection. |
