Deputy Director of SIPO and his group visits Vietnam

From September 12 to 15, Deputy Director of China's State Intellectual Property Office Gan Shaoning and his group visited Vietnam and held a meeting with Director of Vietnam Intellectual Property Office Chen Yuexiong. Both sides made exchanges on the construction of IP legal system and status of law enforcement protection.

Gan Shaoning introduced China's law enforcement system and the setup of central and local IP administrative organizations, introduced the general situation of China's National IP Strategy to Vietnam.

Chen Yuexiong introduced the formation of Vietnams' IP legal system. He said, this year was the 60th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Vietnam, the two sides' communications have been frequent since the signing of cooperative agreement and Vietnam IPO appreciate the supports provided by China SIPO.

During the visit, Gan Shaoning and his group also visited Vietnam Ministry of Science and Technology and made a symposium, and understood the administrative law enforcement system and functions of the Attorney of Vietnam.
