Tianjin：excellent patents can declare government incentives

Lately, Tianjin formulated "Measures on Patent Award". The "Measures" regulates the patent right holders and inventors who make remarkable achievements in patent creation and application can apply the awards issued by Tianjin Municipal People's Government and expected to gain the awards.

The awards including patent gold prize and excellent prize will be appraised once a year,the number of awards will be 50, and the patent which was authorized by State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) and implemented and effective will be eligible for the appraisement. The Municipal IPO will publicize the winning patent projects to public and accept supervision.
