Brand intellectual property seminar held in Beijing

Lately, a Seminar on Intellectual Property Protection of Chinese Brands was held in Beijing.

At the meeting, the related experts expressed that compared with the international level,the development of Chinese national brands is still in its infancy,and developing the national brands and strengthening the protection and support for national brands are tasks which brook no delay. The experts pointed out, enterprises should put emphases on the core patent supports in the back of trademarks and prevent "weak trademarks"; the government should spark plug the method of collective protection to encourage social communities to actively protect national brands with the form of fund.
　　

It is introduced that,the seminar was sponsored by China Intellectual Property Society and China Intellectual Property Protection Committee, and the related principals from State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO), Ministry of Public Security and Supreme People's Procuratorate and other related departments attended the meeting.
