National training class on administrative execution for patents held in Shaanxi

From October 11 to 14, the national training class on administrative execution for patents was held in Xi’an, the capital city of Shaanxi, which attracted nearly 100 officials engaging in administrative execution for patents from IPR administrations across the nation.

Experts and scholars from State Intellectual Property Office, Wuhan Municipal Intellectual Property Office and Northwest University of Politics & Law were invited for the training class. They mainly lectured on remedies for patent infringement, administrative execution for patents, the determination of patent infringement and analyzed typical cases involving patents. The teachers also introduced practical cases into the class and simulated court trial, too.
