Jiangsu specified 500 enterprises as the models of IPR standard management |

Recently, Jiangsu Provincial Intellectual Property Office and Jiangsu Bureau of Quality & Technology Supervision jointly issued a notice to specify 500 enterprises as the models of intellectual property (IPR) standard management in 2010. Those 500 enterprises come from 13 provincial cities, covering textile, machine, brewage, biotechnology, electronic information and several other industries. During the 2 years' model creation, enterprises will be trained by Jiangsu Provincial Intellectual Property Office on the IPR standard management and will establish IPR management departments with IPR managers, set up IPR management system, and consummate the inner control over research and development, production and marketing in accordance with related requirements. After the creation of the model enterprises, Jiangsu Provincial Intellectual Property Office and Jiangsu Bureau of Quality & Technology Supervision will check the creation work, and qualified enterprises will become the candidates to promote the IPR strategy for enterprises, and the advanced ones will be awarded at the same time. |
