Catalogue for Technologies and Products Encouraged to Import (2009) |

The National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Commerce jointly released Catalogue for Technologies and Products Encouraged to Import (2009), declaring monetary and taxation measures such as interest subsidiary for import of 370 advanced technologies, key equipments, components and 12 crucial resource-nature products and raw materials. The advanced technologies are defined as advanced technologies that are not mastered with the country, that are approved by the state to be used for key construction projects. Imported technologies are advanced foreign know-hows or patents imported to the country by assignment or licensing or self-reliant IPRs and know-hows acquired through joint development. Interest subsidiaries will be offered for the latter type. |
