Sino-UK IP Practice (Shanghai) Workshop held

Days ago, Shanghai Municipal IP Office, the Chartered Institute of Patent Agents (CIPA) and All-China Patent Agents Association (ACPAA) held Sino-UK IP Practice (Shanghai) Workshop in Shanghai.

At the workshop, 6 IP experts from CIPA delegation elaborated on Invention of Computer Fulfillment, Means to Maximize Patent Value in Writing Right Claims, Issues and Solving Measures in Writing EPO Invention & Creation and Right Claims, the Patent Lawsuit Procedures in England, EPO New Regulations to Be Effective in 2010, and European Case Study---New Patent Law and Its Influence.

The participants said that the workshop provided a good platform for enterprises and IP agencies to learn from each other and exchange views with one another, and was propitious to help enterprises' IP practitioners, lawyers and patent agents to timely know about the latest trend of patent regulations overseas and further improve their abilities in patent applications and lawsuit response
