Henan IP Protection Association to be established

Consisting of entities and individuals including enterprises, universities & colleges and scientific research institutions, Henan Provincial IP Protection Association will be set up on October 18.

The Association will be a non-profitable IP service entity, bending itself to integrating the innovative resources of governmental departments, Henan's universities, scientific research institutions and enterprises, directing relevant entities to raise their ability in creating, managing, protecting and using IPRs, coordinating the internal and external relationship of industries, safeguarding the rights and interests of member units in the market competition and promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the innovation cause in Henan province.
