Shandong: counterfeit trademark printing enterprises could be punished in Tai’an |

According to Tai'an Industry and Commerce Bureau in Shandong, any printing enterprises producing counterfeit trademarks or trademarks violating laws and regulations would be punished from now on. During the inspects taken by the Tai'an Industry and Commerce Bureau, the enterprises' business license and trademark printing authorization were the key items to be checked. Besides, the bureau reminds that printing enterprises for trademarks should examine whether the client's business license and trademark registration certificate are legal or not. |
