Pan-Pearl Agreement on Patent Law Enforcement Cooperation signed |

On December 1, intellectual property offices of Fujian, Jiangxi, Hunan, Guangdong, Hainan, Sichuan, Guizhou and Yunnan held at Foshan in Guangdong Province the signing ceremony for the Pan-Pearl River Delta Agreement on Patent Law Enforcement Cooperation. After signed by the provincial intellectual property offices of the nine provinces (districts), 9 members at provincial level and 75 at municipal level will formally join the agreement and the cooperative mechanism for the patent law enforcement in the district is finally established. From now on, the nine provinces (districts) will promote the unification of the executive standards, research, explore and set down conditions for case registration, execution procedure, document format, and study standards or principles of patent infringement dealing, punishing, or disposing of evidences, and operation regulations. |
