Liaoning to create 37 well-known trademarks |

It is introduced by Liaoning Provincial Bureau for Industry and Commerce that, Liaoning will strive to create 37 China Well-known trademarks in 2012 and the amount of well-known trademarks will hit 100; develop Provincial Well-known trademarks to 2,000 pieces and GI trademarks to 22 pieces. Deputy Director of Liaoning Provincial Bureau for Industry and Commerce Li Shikai expressed that, the bureau will strengthen policy supports. Support and help the enterprises with well-known and famous trademarks to transact trademark pledge loan and widen enterprises' financing ways, further broaden the conditions for name sanction and group construction of enterprises with well-known trademarks, and implement the system of exemption from annual inspection to the enterprises. Li Shikai said, the bureau will strengthen trademark protection, strictly combat various illegal behaviors including counterfeit and trademark infringement. |
