Zhejiang empanels people's jurors |

Days ago, Zhejiang Provincial Higher People's Court and Zhejiang Provincial Intellectual Property Office jointly decided to empanel people's jurors to attend IP judgement work in patent administrative departments in Hangzhou, Ningbo, Wenzhou, Shaoxing, Jinhua, Taizhou, Huzhou, Jiaxing and Yiwu. The people's jurors should meet regulated requirements and have rich IP administrative law enforcement experiences. |
