Lucky Film boosts IPR strategy and owns hundred patents

As a national innovative and hi-tech enterprise, China Lucky Film Corporation has been attaching importance to the intellectual property rights (IPR) and taking the IPR strategy as a significant part of the developing strategy of the company by putting IP work into daily R&D, production, trading and even the whole process. With standard property management and protection, the company ensures the implementation and industrialization of its patents and through the research and utilization of patent information, the number and quality of the patents it owns are substantially increased and its independent innovation ability is improved.

At present, China Lucky Film Corporation has 100 patents, with 72 for invention patents, ranking 69th among state-owned enterprises publicized by State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council in respect to effective patents owned; the company ranks 168th in respect to integrated ranking among 575 nationally cognized technical centers and its invention patents ranks 38th; the company is listed as the national IPR model unit.
