Heilongjiang: Daqing handles 109 trademark cases last year |

Daqing handled a total of 109 trademark cases with total value of 1.47 million last year, including the investigations of 98 cases of trademark infringement and counterfeiting, and 11 general cases of trademark violation. On the industries involved in handling trademark cases, the trademark cases related to means of production and consumer goods industries arise more. In the investigation of 109 cases of trademark infringement, there were 32 for wine, 25 agricultural products, 18 consumer goods, 15 for decoration materials, 5 communication equipments, 6 pharmaceutical health care products, 5 for lubricants industry and 3 auto parts. It is understood that the city's industrial and commercial system deeply implemented the strategy of trademark promoting enterprises and brand strengthening city. Last year, the city added 9 Provincial Well-known Trademarks, 17 Municipal Well-known Trademarks, and the city has a total of 1 China Well-known Trademark, 34 Provincial Well-known Trademarks and 61 Municipal Well-known Trademarks.
