It is disclosed by Director of Zhuzhou Municipal Intellectual Property Office Jiang Hua at the IP work meeting held on January 29 that, Zhuzhou had 1,900 patent applications in 2009, ranked the second in the province and increased by 28.73% compared with the previous year. of the patent applications, invention patents were 341 pieces, accounting for 17.95% of the total, and utility model patents were 628 pieces, accounting for 33.05% of the total; service invention patents were 1,424 pieces, accounting for 74.95% of the total, and ranked the first in the whole province. The patent authorizations of the whole year were 1,112 pieces, including 890 industrial and enterprises' patent authorizations increased by 67.29% and ranked the first in the city. Zhuzhou constituted "Implementation Plan on Zhuzhou Municipal IP Strategy", and put forward the IP target of "552313", that is the city has over 5,500 effective registered trademarks in 2015, the amount of patent application reaches 20,000 pieces, and cultivates 30 IP advantageous enterprises, trains a team with about 100 personnel and fosters 3 IP agencies. |
