Qinghai Provincial IPO deploys work in 2010 |

Qinghai's IP work in 2010 will take Scientific Outlook on Development as a guide, focus on the implementation of national IP strategy, put emphasis on enhancing IP creation, application, protection and management, make great efforts to do patent quantity and quality work, reinforce administrative law enforcement to promote IP protection, strengthen policy direction to deepen enterprises' IP work, consummate IP service system, and deepen regional cooperation and international exchanges of intellectual property rights and enhance capacity building, and strive to achieve the breakthroughs in key areas of intellectual property rights, comprehensive promotion and overall increase by leaps and bounds. Qinghai will focus on strengthening enterprises' IP work; consummate IP law enforcement and management system; strive to enhance level, quality and universal level of training; establish and improve the public service system, broaden the patent information service channels; and continue to focus on industries with regional characteristics and cultural heritage, as well as strengthen the work of personnel training and so on. |
