Xi'an seized a large number of fake BYD auto parts |

Lianhu Branch of Xi'an Administration of Industry and Commerce recently received a report by BYD Auto Sales Co., Ltd. that, a company called Zhengda in Lianhu District is producing counterfeit registered trademark of BYD. The law enforcers conducted inspections of the operational location and found suspected auto parts boxes with counterfeit BYD registered trademarks after receiving the report. After the investigation, the illegal trader was going to print 52,000 counterfeit BYD registered trademarks with a turnover of 20,200 yuan. The law enforcers closed down the location for producing counterfeit trademarks on the spot and detained the logos and production models. This case is under further investigation now. |
