On March 25, Deputy Director Gan Shaoning was present at the 10th anniversary of the establishment of Quality Brands Protection Committee (QBPC) & High Level Forum on Innovation Environment Consummation and Innovative Country Construction.
Implementing the national IPR strategy is a significant strategic deployment for Chinese government and is also a challenge for homegrown enterprises and foreign investors, said Gan at the activity.
Gan introduced the situation of institution and implementation for China's National IPR Strategy. He said, the Implementation Plan for the National IPR Strategy 2010 to be issued will go on playing an important role in encouraging the creation and application of IPRs reinforcing IPR protection, and tamp the base for IPR strategy implementation, so as to boost the transformation of economic development mode and economic restructuring. Chinese government is decisive on IPR protection.
