4,000 merchants to participate in 2010 Tibetan carpets exhibition

The 2010 Qinghai Tibetan Carpets International Exhibition will open from June 20 to June 23 with over 4,000 merchants in attendance.

This exhibition divided into two exhibition halls including 6 exhibition areas with 600 booths will show fine carpets, handmade carpets, Regong artworks, traditional handcraft skills, and live demonstrations of textile producing, aiming to develop the domestic and abroad markets, to boost the development of the Tibetan carpet industry and to promote the intangible cultural heritage culture.
