Shanghai: Huangpu protects IPRs of Expo |

On March 25, the member units of Huangpu IP Joint Meeting together with the departments of patent, culture, commerce and industry and public security carried out special law enforcement to protect the IPRs of Expo. They inspected some printing and publishing enterprises and found most of the enterprises can respect justice and abide by the laws, but there were also some enterprises making publishing and printing without license and operating inter-regionally and involving other illegal behaviors, such as printing securities, the symbols and patterns of World Expo and preferential card of airline, etc. The participating law enforcement departments respectively made corresponding disposals of pausing operation, capturing presswork and penalty to the said enterprises. |
