Tianjin Famous Brand opened to external brands |

It is learnt from the Deployment Meeting on Famous Brand in Tianjin that, Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Quality Supervision made major adjustment on the declaration qualification of Tianjin Famous Brand, broke the strict limitation that only local brands can apply Tianjin Famous Brand, thus, the national brands with independent IPRs invested by external enterprises can also apply Tianjin Famous Brand. Meanwhile, the stable operational period is shortened from 3 years to 2 years. The bureau hoped to promote the rapid growth of Tianjin Famous Brand via such policy adjustment. It is reported that the action aims to enhance the overall strength of brands, accelerate the change from made in Tianjin to create in Tianjin, create more well-known brands, increase brands' added value, further enhance the brands' role in promoting regional economic development and promote overall competitiveness of the manufacturing in Tianjin. |
