Outline of IPR strategy (Draft) for Hefei to be launched |

It is learnt from related departments that, in order to perfect the service system for IPR administration and ultimately solve the problems of few IPR application and low quality, Hefei plans to issue the outline of IPR strategy (draft) for the city. The draft brings forward the establishment of a new mechanism for IPR creation, use, protection and management by the end of 2020, and specifies the goal for the next five years and five key strategic tasks. Those 21 strategic measures are the core part of the draft. Meanwhile, the draft also puts forward to take the creative application of IPR and protection and management indexes as the necessary qualifications for applying technical center, hi-tech zone and so on, and include IPR index into the declaration, appraisal and awarding for technical programs. |
