Henan to enhance IPR work of hi-tech industrial zone

Lately, Henan Provincial IP Office made a research on IPR work of Jiyuan Hi-tech Industrial Zone. A principal of Henan Provincial IP Office expressed that, Henan will promote IPR creation, use, protection and administration and foster more IPR predominant enterprises.

The study group entered enterprises like Jiyuan High Pressured Mine Co., Ltd. and Jiyuan Filiale of Beijing Crystal Photoelectric Science & Technology Co., Ltd to listen to their work report and know about enterprises' R&D and production, and then the study group proposed instructive opinions on the cultivation of IPR predominance in enterprises and the zone, patent protection, the exploitation of patent products and the commercialization of patent technologies.

The principal said that, Jiyuan has good industrial base and innovative potential. Jiyuan should concentrate on raising enterprises' independent innovative ability, enhancing enterprises' core competitiveness and cultivating regional IPR predominance by means of IPR publicity and training, IPR strategy research and the construction of enterprises' IPR management system and operation mechanism.
