On April 8, the joint law enforcement team organized by Hubei Provincial IP Office, Wuhan Municipal IP Office, Wuchang District IP Office, Qingshan District IP Office and Hongshan IP Office carried out the activity of IP administrative law enforcement and inspection in the commercial circulation filed.

The law enforcers inspected Zhongnan Store of Zhongnan Commercial Building and Laobaixing Pharmacy, issued notice of examination to the behaviors of substandard label and concerning fake patent, and required the store to accept investigation in Wuhan Municipal IP Office within 7 days. During the inspection, the law enforcers also explained IP knowledge to the employees at the scene; the principals of inspected unit actively cooperate with the inspection and expressed to strengthen the management of patent commodities.
