Hubei: Wuhan accepts 560 IP cases |

It is learnt from the press conference of Wuhan Municipal People's Government on April 12 that, the banks accumulatively provided loans of 70 million yuan for 12 enterprises via patent pledge, and the Municipal Intermediate People's Court accepted and settled 560 IP cases. Meanwhile, from next week, the city will carry out IP publicity activity. Last year, the patent applications of the whole city reached 14,600 pieces; 155 pieces of those were authorized as Hubei Provincial Well-known Trademarks; and 1,219 various software copyright works were registered. Meanwhile, Wuhan Municipal IP Office accepted 28 patent disputes; the industrial and commercial system investigated 351 pieces cases of trademark crimes; Wuhan Municipal Copyright Administration banned 999 illegal stalls and captured 1 million books of illegal publications; Wuhan Customs investigated 24 IP infringing cases in the export sector. It is introduced that, the "top ten cases" announced at the meeting covering copyright, trademark right and patent right, etc. concerned the IP cases solved by Wuhan administrative and judicial departments. |
