Jiangsu launches declaration on aid funds for overseas IPR maintenance |

On April 12, Jiangsu Provincial IP Office promulgated notice to officially launch the declaration work on the aid funds for overseas IPR maintenance in 2010. The notice defines aid objects and process and related materials, and regulates that, all the enterprises registered in provincial administrative regions that win in overseas IP lawsuits or reach reconciliation in 2009 can apply the aid fund. China (Jiangsu) IPR Aid Center will carry out comprehensive appraise according to the recommendation by each IP office and provide corresponding aid funds for enterprises approved. China (Jiangsu) IPR Aid Center carried out the declaration and issue work on overseas IP aid funds for the first time and totally issued aid funds of 2.5 million yuan, and this amount will reach 3 million yuan in 2010. |
