NCAC combats pirated audio and video products |

It is learnt from National Copyright Administration (NCAC) on April 15 that, since the launch of "special campaign against audio and video products" on March 5, the copyright law enforcement departments in the whole country successively sent 209,716 law enforces, inspected 65,517 business locations with audio and video products, totally banned 3,238 illegal stalls, captured 3,071,092 pirated audio and video products and investigated 404 cases. The principal of State Copyright Administration expressed that, the copyright law enforcement departments are carrying out complete inspections to regular bookstores, video stores, which can stop selling pirated audio and video products in time, and carrying out rectification among the traveling salesman and stalls around downtown districts, crossing bridges, underpasses, view spots, hotels and shopping malls. |
