Days ago, Jiaxing Municipal IP Work Group and Jiaxing Technology Commissioners Office jointly released a notice on promoting the system of patent grass roots liaison man to launch the work of patent grass roots liaison man within the city.

The working responsibilities of patent grass roots liaison man are to popularize IP knowledge, publicize laws and regulations, and enhance the realization and legal understanding of the grass roots on IP; publicize policies and measures, promote patent creation, make the public and units in grass roots understand policies and share policies, guide them carry out patent application and enhance their ability on patent creation; promote the implementation of transfer, enhance the consciousness of the enterprises on patent transfer, upgrade the economic output of patent technologies, guide the grass roots to strengthen the use of patent information and help enterprises to maintain their patent rights with appropriate ways.
