Anhui: Wuhu investigates enterprises' IP protection

Wuhu Municipal Intermediate People's Court in Anhui Province currently has issued IP questionnaires to the hi-tech enterprises in the whole city to completely understand the demands of hi-tech enterprises on IP judicial protection.

According to the introduction of principal of the court, the new type and difficult IP cases accepted by the court were more and more. The issued questionnaires concern the situation of enterprises' IP protection, management and application, the infringement of enterprises' IPRs and settlement and the suggestions of enterprises on the IP trial work of court, which will finally be included in a written report.
