Beijing: excellent invention patent to gain 1 million prize |

Beijing's excellent invention patents will get the awards of People's Government with a maximum of 1 million yuan. It is learnt from the IP work meeting of the whole city that, the second selection activity for Beijing invention patent awards will be launched on April 20. According to the introduction of Beijing Municipal IP Office, the invention patent awards are appraised once every two years with the first, second and third prize, the invention patents that make key contributions for Beijing's national economic and social development are awarded a special prize with 1 million yuan. The patent applications in Beijing broke 50,000 pieces in Beijing last year, and the authorizations of patent applications also exceeded 20,000 pieces for the first time. |
