Guangxi released interim measures on administration over IPR trial work |

Guangxi Department of S&T and Intellectual Property Office, released "Interim Measures of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on the Administrative over IPR Trial Work" (hereinafter referred to as the "Measures") to carry out the Outline of National IPR Strategy and Opinions of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on Implementing IPR Strategy, fully exert the role of IPR system in facilitating regional economic development and technical innovation and increasing the core competitiveness, and standardize the IPR trial work. The measures specified the tasks, qualifications, administration, examination and supports for the trial work, and brought forward that, the trial region should actively explore and establish the working system and policy system, cultivate characteristic industries with IPR predominance, carry out in-depth IPR propaganda, and increase the whole society's IPR awareness and IPR protection, to boost the regional economic development with IPRs. |
