Yunnan: Kunming deploys IP protection action for Shanghai Expo |

Days ago, Kunming Customs instituted a programme for the special action on IP protection of Shanghai Expo 2010 to further enhance the whole scociety's consciousness on IP protection among Shanghai Expo, put emphasis on investigating the illegal behaviors of infringing the IPRs in export, and construct the strict line of defense in Customs for the Expo. According to the programme, Kunming Customs would strengthen publicity from February to November 2010, create favorable environment, and put emphasis on carrying out the publicities on IPR related laws and regulations and policies. Kunming Customs would continue to strengthen supervision and enhance the IP protection of the Expo, especially various expo symbols of Regulations on the Protection of World Expo Symbols. Meanwhile, the customs would firmly investigate the import and export products infringing the IPRs of World Expo. |
