IPR pledge loan kicked off in Shaanxi |

Recently, Shaanxi Province formally kicked off the work on IPR pledge loan and 6 enterprises successfully got more than 87 million yuan's pledge loan. Such measure taken by Shaanxi Province aims at guiding the development of new products and services of financial institutions, offering excellent patent projects with more financing channels, relieving the financial problem for SMEs, and supporting hi-tech SMEs with independent intellectual properties. At the Western fair just closed, Shaanxi Provincial Intellectual Property Office held a matchmaking meeting for patent pledge loan projects together with State Intellectual Property Office. Shaanxi Intellectual Property Office signed strategic cooperative agreements on IPR financing system for SMEs with China Construction Bank Shaanxi Branch and China Merchants Bank Xi'an Branch respectively. Under the agreements, China Construction Bank Shaanxi Branch signed an agreement on 72.5 million yuan's patent pledge loan with 4 enterprises. |
