Beijing: IPR law enforcement month around the corner

According to the requirements of the State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO), Beijing will launch a one-month-long IPR law enforcement and right safeguarding special campaign lasting from April 26 to May 26, learnt from the ceremony of 2010 National IPR Law Enforcement and Right Safeguarding Special Campaign & China (Beijing) IPR Aid Center Open Day Activity.

The special campaign this year will mainly focus on the main work of Beijing and important events like Expo 2010 Shanghai China to seriously combat collective infringement, repeated infringement, counterfeiting patent actions and fraud behaviors related to patents, and advance the construction of IPR Aid Center in system and capability and raise the influence and familiarity of the Center and the phone number 12330.
