Heibe promulgates measures on patent pledge loans |

It is learnt from the IP Publicity Week of Hebei Province that, "Interim Measures of Hebei Province on the Management of Patent Right Pledge loans" was officially released, which provides new ways for solving the difficulties in financing of S&T SMEs. The SMEs in Hebei currently gain loans via the traditional method of property mortgage. The Provincial Department of Science and Technology, Provincial IP Office, Office of Financial Affairs, Department of Finance and the People's Bank of China jointly instituted "Interim Measures of Hebei Province on the Management of Patent Right Pledge loans" to promote the transfer of idle "IPRs" to "capitals". |
