The tenth "4.26" World Intellectual Property Day is at hand, and Hunan carried out the special campaign against pornography and illegal publications.
According to the introduction of Huang Zanjia, Director of Hunan Provincial "Anti-pornography and Anti-illegal publications" Office, the special campaign will strengthen the copyright protection in Shanghai Expo from April to October this year, put emphasis on inspecting the Expo related books and discs and the authorized products, and ensure the copyrights concerning Shanghai Expo can be effectively protected, according to the deployment of National "Anti-pornography and Anti-illegal publications" Office.
Aiming at the situations of covert sales channels and incessant illegal stalls despite repeated prohibition, the action will strengthen the market inspection on the copyrights of Shanghai Expo, put emphasis on the investigation of the infringing behaviors among audio and video products concerning foreign interests, and strengthen the protection on the copyrights of flag, anthem, emblem, mascot, exhibition building design and performance at the Expo.
Huang Zanjia also disclosed that, Hunan will further enhance the public service level of Shanghai Expo, completely carry out the publicity activities with the theme of Shanghai Expo, and reinforce the conciseness of publics on the copyrights protection of Shanghai Expo, and welcome publics' supervision and complaint (report tel: 0731-84432545).
