Lately, the leading group of the National Campaign against IPR Infringement and Counterfeit Products distributed Key Work Arrangements Related to Combating IPR Infringement and Counterfeit Products in the Third Quarter of 2012. The key work in the third quarter of this year is to fulfill the Circular of the General Office of the State Council on Distributing Key Tasks in National Campaign against IPR Infringement and Counterfeit Products, promote the Special Campaign, improve the convergence mechanism between administrative law enforcement and criminal justice, quicken the construction of laws and regulations and institutional system, create the pattern of mass prevention and control against infringement and counterfeit and eventually impel the change of development mode, the adjustment of economic construction and the building of national innovation system. To be specified, to promote the Special Campaign means to redouble efforts to protect key commodities, reinforce collective rectifications in key areas including trademarks, patents and copyrights and sternly rectify infringement and counterfeit in cyber area; to increase judicial justice refers to the crackdown upon economic crime and the protectors of infringers and counterfeiters and strengthen supervision and guidance over serious case trial; to quicken the construction of laws and regulations and institutional system mainly includes the improvement of laws and regulations and criterion system, better the convergence mechanism between administrative law enforcement and build systematic risk prevention mechanism; to create the pattern of mass prevention and control against infringement and counterfeit includes publicity and education, and the improvement of credit system and supervision mechanism |
