Qinghai：Xining industrial and commercial department cracks down on counterfeit goods |

On October 19, it is learnt from Xining Municipal Bureau for Industry and Commerce in Qinghai province that, in the action of "Combat counterfeit goods, Protect well-known brands" carried out by Xining industrial and commercial system, Xining Municipal Bureau for Industry and Commerce deployed complete inspections in the main areas including each market, emporium and supermarket, investigated and dealt with 41 cases and destroyed two locations which produce and sell counterfeit goods with a total value of 192,400 RMB. During the action, the department put emphasis on the main areas including communities and rural-urban fringe zones, focused on combating the trademark infringing and counterfeiting behaviors concerning articled of everyday use including vegetables, fruits, milk products, drinks, medicines, clothes and so on. The action protected the legal interests and rights of consumers. |
