6 Dept. jointly issues opinions on automobile export |

On October 23, Ministry of Commerce, National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Ministry of Finance, General Administration of Customs, and General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine jointly issued an opinion on promoting our country’s automobile export in a standing and healthy way. The opinion required to implement the export strategy for the automobile products, enlarge the export of independent intellectual property rights and brands, reinforce independent innovation ability, and strengthen the industrial restructuring. The opinion contains eight parts, and the one for intellectual property rights protection put forward five requirements, as follows: Reinforce the building of the credit system and establish the list for Chinese automobile parts suppliers. Fight severely against counterfeits and protect intellectual property rights to protect rights and benefits of faithful and honest enterprises; React actively to the international trading friction and try to solve it; Expedite the forming of the technical measures system in accordance with international rules and consummate the coordination mechanism; Boost the agreement signing step by step with countries from Middle Europe, East Europe, Africa and Latin America which are great potential importers of our country, under the principal of mutual beneficial; Consummate further measures on standardizing the exporting order for automobile. |
