China and U.S. combats pirated products with special channels |

Deputy Director of China National "Anti Pornography and Illegal Publications" Working Group and General Administration of Press and Publication Jiang Jianguo expressed on November 11 that, China and U.S. have long-term exchange and cooperation on IP protection and piracies combating with special channels and have reached consensus in some fields. Combating piracies and protecting IPRs is the persistent standpoint of Chinese government, a key national strategy and working objective of "anti pornography and publications", said Jiang Jianguo. In the last three quarters, China captured 45,545,000 pieces of pirated products including 34,568,000 pieces of pirated audio and video products and 9,217,000 pirated books. The combating actions are going on and effectively restrain the tendency of piracies. |
