2nd Cross-Strait Patent Forum held |

From November 18 to 20, the second "Cross-Strait Patent Forum" co-sponsored by All-china Patent Agents Association and Federation of Taiwan Industries was held in Hangzhou of Jiangsu Province. Deputy Director of State Intellectual Property Office Li Yuguang, Chairman of All-china Patent Agents Association Ma Lianyuan and Secretary-general of Federation of Taiwan Industries Cai Liansheng attended the opening ceremony and made speeches.
The forum invited representatives from the two sides of Taiwan Straits to made communications on implementation of newly revised patent law, action plan on IP protection and social publicity situation, and the functions of patent agents in economic development and S&T innovation. It is learnt that, 140 people including patent agents from the two sides of Taiwan Straits, legal professors and enterprises' representatives attended the forum. |
