Chairman of Copyright Society: amendment of copyright law should be on agenda |

Chairman of Copyright Society of China Shen Rengan expressed at 2009 China Copyright Annual Meeting that, the problem of revising information copyright law should be on agenda. Shen considered copyright law of the People's Republic of China was constituted and released in the period of planned economy. The problems met in the process of "copyright law" implementation haven't been solved well. According to developments of domestic and international trends and national IP revitalization outline, it is necessary to revise "copyright law". China Copyright Annual Meeting was co-sponsored by State Copyright Office and Copyright Society of China at Beijing Guoyi Hotel. |
