Huang Shuhe: accelerate implementing IP strategy |

"2009 Global CEO Forum" co-sponsored by "Business Week" and China Association of Enterprises was held from November 19 to 20 in Beijing. Deputy Director of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) Huang Shuhe attended the meeting and made a speech as following. The international financial crisis brought unprecedented difficulty and challenges to Chinese economy since the second half of last year, and the pressures of economic globalization, resources and environment were increasingly appeared. The first, to effectively transfer development mode, strengthen structure adjustment and achieve structure optimization and industries improvement with the direction of scientific outlook on development, The second is to accelerate IP strategy implementation, further enhance enterprises' ability on independent innovation, focus on core industry development and look forward to the future and increase S&T investment aiming at world's advanced level. The third is to further enhance the revolution on state-owned enterprises' system, promote diversity of share, strive to achieve come into the market entirely, continuously consummate management structures of companies and construct and optimize modern enterprise system. The fourth is to further advance internationalization of Chinese enterprises and make Chinese enterprises endure more practices in the competition of international market. The world needs China on development and China's development can't be apart from world, facing with more opened international market, China will continuously enhance Chinese enterprises' international competitiveness and make our enterprises achieve long-term and sustainable development. |
